Shipping

A standard charge will apply to all product orders on an order by order basis, except Heavy Item orders that are to be collected from our Bibra Lake Warehouse.

Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be dispatched.

ArmaCool will use Toll Ipec and Australia Post for deliveries. Please allow up to 7-10 business days

after dispatch for delivery within Australia. Deliveries outside of Australia are to be negotiated at placement of order.

A signature will be required to receive your order. If no one is available to sign for your package, a card will be left and it is then up to the receiver to organise for the collection/delivery of the package.

In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item.

Postage applicable to returns and reissued items (other than any item deemed faulty) are at the customers expense.

Any freight to destinations outside Australia, price is to be negotiated.

Click & Collect

This service is available from our Bibra Lake Warehouse located at 48 Barberry Way, Bibra Lake, WA 6163 Australia. Once you receive an email that your goods have been fulfilled, you will be able to come to the Reception Counter of our office and collect your order between 9.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Returns Policy

We encourage our customers to choose carefully as we do not offer a refund if a customer simply changes their mind.

Customers are permitted to exchange an item within 14 days for an alternative item.

Exchanges may also be made at our ArmaCool store with original invoice.

If an item is deemed faulty by the relevant supplier company, the customer is first entitled to a repair then a credit note or refund. Please allow 2 weeks for supplier assessment.

Pricing

Prices of products and services, and delivery and other charges displayed on the website are current at the time of publication but are subject to change.

All prices displayed are inclusive of GST at the rate of 10%. Transactions are processed in AUD.

Orders/Offers

ArmaCool reserve the right to accept your offer of purchase via the website. Without limitation, this applies to unavailable product, incorrectly displayed or incorrectly priced product.

Occasionally we may run low on supply of a popular item and be required to wait on delivery from our supplier. We will contact you via email/telephone in this instance. If we are unable to supply to you in an agreeable time frame, we will refund your purchase.

Gift Vouchers

ArmaCool Gift Vouchers are currently only able to be presented for redemption In Store only. They are not available for Online redemption.

ArmaCool has a very simple Privacy Policy. ArmaCool will never ever share ANY of your details with ANY unrelated third party.
