  • How do I wash my CoolCore shirt/pants?
    Leading the world as we do we understand the fabrics in our apparel like no other sports brand. Whilst all of our apparel is long lasting just like other clothing it is important to read our garments Care Labels for the correct washing and drying procedure.
  • ArmaCool Return Policy
    ArmaCool proudly stands behind every single product we make. Please immediately contact us if you have any issues with any of our products.
  • Can I purchase ArmaCool products at a store?
    Currently, our products are only available online but by joining our newsgroup you will be first to know when we have news of anything ArmaCool.
  • How much does delivery cost? (Australia Only)
    Standard Delivery for orders under $65 cost $10 inc.GST. Standard Delivery is free for orders over $65 inc.GST.
  • How long will delivery take?
    Once an order is ready our Standard Delivery times will be 7 – 10 days Australia wide. If you cannot wait that long, ask us for a quote using our Priority Service – next day for capital cities.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can order directly from our online store or contact us at orders@armacool.com.au to place bulk/club orders.
  • What are my payment options?
    Credit card, Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer. Your order will activate once we see the payment in our account.
  • What does UPF mean?
    Ultraviolet Protection Factor. This is a rating for fabrics which determines the amount of UV radiation that penetrates the fabric. For example, a UPF of 40 = 39/40th protection = 97.5% UV blocked. UPF of 50+ is the highest rating possible.
  • Are the properties of the Coolcore fabric created through a chemical treatment?
    No, Coolcore fabrics are entirely chemical free.
  • What proof do you have for advertising “the coolest cricket polo in the world?”
    The Hohenstein Institute is an independent testing facility in Germany where CoolCore have all their fabrics tested and that includes the fabric we chose for our garments.
